We will try to support as much as possible to cater to your requirements of Check-in and Check-out.

Meal options:
(1) Cook on your own - Facility charges - Rs 100 per person per day which includes Utensils and Gas provision, cleaning post each meal.
(2) We cook for you - ₹500 per person per day, connect before 4 days to arrange the same and align on the food expectation, Payable at property.
(3) Order from nearby restaurant - We will give you menu for the restaurant. You can order and bring it on your own. If you want us to arrange the delivery, the delivery charges will be Rs 200 per delivery.
This is a strictly vegetarian property. Cooking or bringing non-vegetarian food from outside is strictly prohibited. Guests are requested to respect this rule at all times. Violation may result in cancellation of the stay without refund.
All guests must present original government-issued photo identification (Aadhar Card/Passport) at check-in. Kindly note that PAN cards are not accepted as valid ID.
Upon arrival, please complete the Check-In form. Deposit is fully refundable, subject to inspection of the property after Check-Out.
Please lock your room doors when stepping out for your own security. Guests are encouraged to take care of personal belongings. Management is not liable for theft, loss, or damage.
The use of drugs or illegal substances, as prohibited under state and central laws, as well as prostitution, is strictly forbidden. Any violation will result in police action and immediate cancellation of the stay without any refund. Activities such as gambling, and any illegal conduct are strictly prohibited and legal action would be taken.
Guests are liable for any damage to the property or its belongings, which may result in deductions from the security deposit.
Loud Sound is strictly not allowed in outdoor area of property.
Power outages may occur. A Battery backup is available for essential services, but we appreciate your understanding that no compensation will be provided if it runs out of battery power due to excessive usage.
The Management is not responsible for any death, injury caused due to use of swimming pool, or any other equipment on the premises at Stay. Children must strictly be accompanied by an adult at all times and supervised in the swimming pool as there are no life guards.
As the Villa is located between lush green farm, you are advised to close the doors and windows especially during evenings and night to avoid any inconvenience caused due to the insects, small reptiles, etc.
