Our pricing is per Person, per night—there are no hidden charges. You pay one flat rate for the full farmhouse and grounds, regardless of whether you’re two guests or six.

Absolutely. We strive to be as flexible as possible:
Amendments: Change your dates or guest count free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in (subject to availability).
Cancellations: Receive a full refund for cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival; 50% refund if you cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before check-in.
Unfortunately, bookings canceled within 48 hours of arrival incur the full rate.
If your plans shift unexpectedly, just get in touch—we’ll do our best to help.

Yes—late or overnight arrivals are welcome! Please let us know your expected check-in time in advance, and we’ll arrange a seamless, self-check-in process so
you can settle in anytime after dark.

Standard check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. We understand plans can change, so we’ll do our best to accommodate early arrivals or late departures
whenever possible.

Certainly. If you need to leave your bags behind after check-out, our secure storeroom is available for your convenience—so you can continue exploring without the burden of extra luggage.
